Birth prep/Gentle Birth before labor??

Question

Hi all!! FTM here and I came across some birth prep herbs in either liquid or capsule form that are supposed to help a number of things: 1) go into labor on time, 2) make the labor fast (or faster), 3) make recovery much easier and faster.

The reviews are good but curious to see if anyone has used products like these and if they worked?

Be careful with these herbal supplements they can be dangerous, I would speak to your doctor before choosing anything and remember your body knows what it's doing, it will go into labor when it's ready and get through the process :)

I did the birth prep pills with my 2nd. She was 10 hours of labor and born at 41.6

My midwives gave that to me with my daughter. Not sure how it would have worked had I gone into labor naturally, but I was induced at 38+5, took 3 days of pitocine before our daughter was born so it didn't help me at all.
