3 tests - 2 positives, 1 negative

My period is 2 days late. I took 1 pregnancy test this morning at 7:00 when I woke up and it was positive, I took another one at 9:30 and it was also positive. I took another one an hour later at 10:30 and it was negative. Anyone else have this happen? Could it just be that my urine was too diluted for the 10:30 one to show positive??  I should probably also mention I had just a slight bit of bright pink spotting yesterday but nothing today.
