STD check?

About half a year ago, i was on hot or not (app) and decided to hook up with 3 guys in the duration of march-july. i've been texting with them for awhile and the first time i seen them it was a hook up and we had oral sex. i'm aware of std's being transmitted but at the time i didn't mind so much because i knew i didnt actually have sex. i have a boyfriend now and told him i'm clean but then he started asking questions making me realize i could've caught something. it'll be difficult to actually go to a clinic because i really don't want my parents knowing, can anyone give me some reassurance or if i actually caught something it'll be evident at this point or something?...
