OPK negative, around ovulation.Never happened before.

Usually my opk shows positive on the same day as glow predicts.This month, my periods came about 6 days early and also my opk shows negative and is out of sync with what glow shows me.According to glow I have already missed my peak day :( Has anyone conceived about 2 days after peak day? I am just confused if to wait for +ve opk or believe glow app. :(
