Nausea at three and a half weeks??

I just found out I'm pregnant a few days ago, and AF isn't due for a few more days. I have a doctors appointment soon but I'm almost positive I'm only 3 weeks because my last AF was in December and it was a full 5 days... WHY am I being hit with so much nausea?? (No vomiting yet, but I'm close to it). Is this normal 😩 I know most people get morning sickness around 6 weeks or so, but this feels so early!
