early pregnancy questions.

So I started on noriday three months ago and into my second month I had missed two periods so I stopped taking it, that was roughly a month ago so I'm total I haven't  had my period in three months. I've taken multiple pregnancy tests, even had bloods done a few weeks ago and all negative. But I have just learned that I had sex with my partner all through ovulation week. I always feel fatigued and have constant headaches anyway, so that is hard to tell, but two days ago unnoticed an unusual odour down there, and I'm very clean etc. my periods are usually very regular so I'm fumbling around in the dark here... my question to you is, when did you first start noticing early pregnancy signs and when did you get your positive?
