I felt cramp like pain in my right ovary? what could it mean

It came and left within 30 seconds and was like a sharp pain but not too painful. Only experienced it once. I'm about 7 weeks should be worried ?

How are you sure it's in your actual ovary? It's probably just round ligament pain and growing pains.
