trying to get pregnant

Anybody has any good tips in how to get pregnant faster? My husband and I been trying for the past 4 months to get pregnant. I been following my cycle and being doing the ovulation test, but so far no luck. I feel really bad, because last month my period was a couple of days late and he got really excited, but again no luck. Any tips on this will be appreciated. ( I'm 24 and he is 26)
