help 😭😭😭

Hello ladies. I'm 21 and my husband is 27. We've been ttc for 2 going on 3 years. I was diagnosed with pcos last year in march by my gyno . My husband had low sperm count due to a varicocele so we got it removed last month. We are back ttc. I went to RE in November and they said I had pcos still and ran some tests to confirm. I'm excersing and on metformin. I've been testing ovulation with the clear blue advance ovulation kit including the wondfo brand and this time I didn't get one positive day when I usually do. Does that mean I'm not ovulating anymore? Do we need to go back to my RE and talk about iui/ivf?  I'm looking for advice for we need to do next. 😔 What do I need to do? 😭
