questions about fenugreek
So I had a pretty rough go postpartum with lots of health issues. I am now 3.5 weeks out and trying to establish a good milk supply. So I got some fenugreek, I am pumping but also occasionally breast feeding. But anyway how often do you use fenugreek for this who have? It says take 2 tabs two to three times a day.
