sore boobs

So I didn't tell my fiancé that my boobs were sore. And when he went to kiss one. I started saying oww. Then it was like he just shut down because he doesn't want to do anything that would hurt me. He got mad because I didn't tell him that I hurt. I'm upset because everytime I asked what was wrong all he said was idk. Then after he got home (we still love separate) he texted me what what wrong. I just can't deal with that right now.
