7 months and won't nap alone. Teething.

My daughter only wants to nap while being held since she starting teething. She still sleeps great in her crib at night. She used to always be fine napping in her crib. Even if I try to put her in there while asleep, she wakes up and whines because she wants to be held or snuggled on me. Is it just because she is teething? I know she's like this when she is sick.... she is breastfed if that makes a difference. Any moms experience this as well? If so, tips? Or will it pass as a phase?
