morning routine with a newborn?

Hello! I will be heading back to work soon and am a bit nervous about establishing a morning routine with a new little person! I know we need to be out of the door by 6:40 AM each morning to get him to daycare before work, and my husband leaves for work at 5:45 AM so he won't be up for much help before he leaves. Does anyone have an example of there morning routine to help out? I pump to provide milk for baby, so thinking maybe 5:40 wake up, pump while getting ready, feed baby breakfast, eat breakfast, gather daycare and work things and head out by 640? It will probably be a trial and error thing but any helpful insight would be nice!! Thank you!!! :-) :-)
