Keeping my baby vs abortion

I'm 19 and I'm pregnant. My boyfriend wants me to get rid of it because he thinks we will be COMPLETLY thrown off. His exact words were "you can cut anything spectacular out" I don't feel like this and honestly believe he and I can do this…what should I do?
