Shower, Refreshing or Tiring?

It's so weird and I am so curious to find out how the shower affects other people! When my boyfriend takes a shower he cannot go to bed after and says it rejuvenates him and makes him wide awake, me on the other hand I could fall asleep in the shower, or get out and pass right out in the bed in my towel! How about you!

Depends on the time of day. At night I get relaxed, in the morning I'm hype after it

Depends really. When I take it in the morning, it wakes me up. I let the water cold.

When I take it in the night, water is warm and it makes me sleepy.

Thats when there is water here. Otherwise its a cup of cold water to refresh from the hot lol
