help- depo shot

I got the depo shot in November and didn't have my period, me and my SO waited about one and a half to two weeks to have unprotected sex. Recently I noticed very dark brown spotting, and I'm on break and go back to college in two days so I can't go to the clinic until next week hopefully.. Does anyone have an idea of what it could be, or has anyone experienced this? ☹️
