3 week old won't stop nursing

My LO is 3 weeks yesterday, today at 3:30pm she started eating, (she is breastfed) she had one nap at 5:30 -7 and since then she has not stopped eating for more than a few minutes, she has fallen asleep eating about 3 times and stopped a few times but as soon as I put her down she cries to be fed again. I know they have growth spurts around 3 weeks but I was sure she was having one about 2-3 days ago, could it be another one? I think I'm making enough when I squeeze my boob it still squirts out lol it is now 4 am. I'm wondering if me not eating enough could cause her to eat like this or if there is another possible reason? I would like to get some sleep soon!
