Advice Please wat should i do !!!??

Hello ladies i need help im kinda stuck here lol literally...

I had stopped bleeding from my mc nov 10th and tested negative a week after , my hcg was 170 October 29th at 4-5 weeks pregnant and i still haven't gotten a period its January like hello!!! ?? I tested like a week and a half ago bfnnn😦😦😦😔... I wish i was pregnant or just no wth is going on..i been having that period feeling wen i pee for almost 2 weeks but nothing can someone guide me my first mc was at the same time Almost 4 years ago but don't remember how fast af came
