Should I take a test?

So my fiancé and I were having sex about a month ago and he accidentally came in me and now I'm worried I'm pregnant. My periods are usually extremely heavy and painful to the point that I had to get a prescription from my doctor, anyway it happened like the week right before my period and my period was so light that it was like I didn't even have it. I am usually not that paranoid but with my periods being the way they are I'm worried that I may be pregnant. I've looked online for early pregnancy symptoms and I have a lot of them. Headaches, tiredness, frequently needing to pee, My boobs feel a lot more sensitive than usual, I'm really bloated, and lately my back has been killing me. I'm afraid I'm over reacting. Can anyone give me some advice???
