How soon did you announce?

I took a test yesterday and it came up positive!  I told my husband but I want to keep it secret to a little while.  According to this app I'm 4weeks 5days.  I have a little boy from a previous fiancé and he is 9 now and I am not sure when to tell him either?!    We are over the moon excited and want to tell everyone but I am rather hesitant due to me getting blood clots and I'm afraid of losing this little one.  How long did you wait to tell everyone?
