please help

So this is really weird and I'm sorry but I need to know cause I'm really curious. Whenever I orgasm, after I get up, I get really dizzy and my ears ring and sometimes my version goes blurry and it usually lasts for a few minutes and I can't go to the doctor because I'm underage and embarrassed please help am I alone here???
