Pregnant on the implant??¿¿ help!

So I hate posting personal things really on anything but right now it's kinda hard not to and it's probably nothing but I would just want to hear what people say. So I got the implant December 13th (day after I started my period) and on January 7th my boyfriend and I were having sex and I let him finish inside of me (without a condom) and I'm late two almost three days late and I'm freaking out. This part is really probably nothing but my boyfriend was fingering me tonight and he said he felt a bump but then said it felt like a scratch??
