Best teething items/home remedies that work please!

Hey ladies could you share what items worked for you with your teething baby? My 4 month old is a drooling teething machine and is obsessive with chewing and gnawing on everything he can from our fingers to his bib to burp cloths, I just want to get him some soothing healthy teething items to help him along. Preferably those that are BPA free and super safe. I've heard Sophie the giraffe is awesome any other recommendations even home remedies are much appreciated! 😊
