Trouble conceiving

My husband and I has been trying to get pregnant for four years now, when I was 16 I was on my period for 7 weeks straight that's when I found out I have POCS, 2 years ago I found out I have immature eggs. We have been to an infertility doctor once our insurance doesn't help pay for infertility so we had to pay $300 out of packet. My regular doctor is trying to help us as much as she can. Last year I was 253 this yeat I am now 195, I am on a diet pill called Phentermine that my doctor is going to take me off and I am also taking Metformin, I have had my period for two months in October and November have yet to have it since than. Any of you ladies have an ideas I can try? Or pills I can take?
