It's mucus plug I've been losing the pieces of it for past few days I'm 37w4d

That's mucus plug. Don't worry it can take several weeks and can regrow. I lost mine 3 weeks before I ever went into labor.

I had that today at 15 weeks I'm hoping it's just discharge.  I go to doctor tomorrow but there hasn't been any blood so hoping discharge.

It kinda looks like it's just discharge, I'm not sure. My mucus plug has been big jelly like clumps (sorry that's gross lol) but if it part of your plug it's totally normal, it can regenerate multiple times before baby comes

Looks like your mucus plug to me. Make sure you mention it at your next appointment. I was dilated to 1 1/2 cm when I lost mine.
