Strong smelling urine

Okay, so I'm well aware that a strong odor from a baby's diaper could very likely be a UTI. I'm making an appointment for my baby in the morning but was wondering if any of you had any insight as to something else it could be? We started smelling the strong odor a few days ago but I chalked it up to us having to use a different kind of disposable diaper (we switched from Pampers to Luvs). But now I'm getting a little nervous it could be a UTI. She doesn't have a fever, isn't fussy at all. I'm more so praying she doesn't since its been a few days. I just figured she'd be in more pain if it was.
