Are you breastfeeding?  Try the Gummies, they don't have iron in them (that's what constipated you). Or see if your OB will write a Rx for a  low-iron prenatal.

It's the iron that blocks you up, take them with a vitamin c supplement, it helps you absorb the iron better and helps the blocking.
