can I be something other than round ligament pain?

Ok for the last two hours I have had this pain in my left side a out 4 inches directly to the left of my belly button. Might be 5 inches. I have had round ligament pain but this felt more extreme and different. As the pain worsen when held or rubbed. I'm 22 weeks so not worried about eptopical pregnancy but could it be something else?  No contractions that i can tell no discharge. No other symptoms but intense pain. The kind that takes my breath away and double over. Trying to see if this is worth calling the on call doctor or just wait it out. Feeling the baby so I'm leaning towards waiting it out.
