C section fear!?

I'm scared that I'll end up having to have a c section...I'm scared I won't make it and that something bad will happen to me or my son during it. I haven't been told I'll have to have one but there's always that "what if" 😭😭😭

I've had 3...it's no biggie :) I personally didn't have a long or terrible recovery. I can't speak for others though...If you have one, all will be ok.  :)

I labored for thirteen hours and had an emergency c section. It was my biggest fear too. But it wasn't as bad as I thought. My second one was even better because it was planned. Recovery is easier if you don't labor first.

Even if you do have a csection, theyre no big deal. Im on my 3rd. I love them. Never had any regrets about not having vaginal births.

Having a cesarean, especially unplanned can be very scary. It's major surgery. Make sure you have a good plan with your doctor and make your wants clear. A lot of cesareans can be prevented, in my opinion.  I ended up needing a cesarean after a planned natural birth at a birth center. I was depressed about it for a while but trusted that it was necessary in my case. 
I'd say not to worry, because most likely you'll be totally fine having the vaginal birth you want,  but it's good to do some research ahead of time so you're prepared for whatever you're thrown. 😄
