Low placenta

Ok so I went to my check up (I'm 24 weeks and a day) and found out my placenta is 1.8cm from my cervix and it's supposed to 3cm or more from it for vaginal birth (which means it it's blocking my sons exit way out and can cause bleeding and sometimes early births. She said I was on the border line and I still have time for it to move further up. She's says for me to still try vaginal birth but that I might need a c section. Kinda bummed hoping I can do vaginal cause I really want a big family (4 kids) and your limited with c sections. But if I have a schedule c section this means he will come one his due date which is completely fine with me. I'm just on the fence with my emotions on this. I can see the pros and cons with this :/. Anyone else went through this.
