predetermined sex of baby

I recently came across a post about "how to conceive a particular sex" and it was saying to have a girl you need to be intimate 2 days Prior to your ovulation, missionary style, no O, and to be eating a highly acidic diet, as the male swimmers survive better in an alkaline environment. Has anyone tried this and actually conceived a girl from it?? Super curious about this now!!
