I need advice

I had a stillbirth in august. There were blood clots in the cord that caused my son to not get oxygen. I just found out I'm pregnant again. I'm going to be a high risk patient. Back in October I had a meeting with a few doctors to discuss the plan for my next pregnancy and they said they'd want to see me right away to get me on blood thinners. Today I called to set up and appointment and the receptionist said your first appointment is at 9 weeks with a nurse just to do blood work and nothing else. She told me the first ultrasound is at 12 weeks. I explained to her my situation and what I was told and she told me sorry that's not how it's done here. I went on to say how the first trimester is crucial for me because that when the placenta & cord is developing. She still explained I wouldn't see a doctor till 12 weeks with an ultrasound. I don't know what to do. Should I go to another doctor office? I chose this one because they know my history and they have high risk doctors and a NICU if needed
