belly seems small today

I am about 12.5 weeks measuring 13.5w. I had a terrible loss at 12 weeks in May. I am so nervous. Every single day I have mental meltdowns because I'm so scared to go through that again. Today my belly seems smaller than usual. I have been in maternity for like 2+ weeks. It was big fast. Now it seems rather deflated. Has this happened to anyone? Last time this happened... It wasn't a good outcome. 😖
