not feeling pregnant!

I will be 19 weeks on Thursday and most of the time I don't even feel pregnant! Besides having a belly that is really  all the symptoms I have. Is anyone else like this? At my last appointment about two and half week ago I asked my dr and she said it is normal but it is kinda freaking me out! This is my fourth pregnancy I had a misscarige at 12 weeks a year ago, and my youngest is 10 and my oldest is 13 so I don't really remember if this is normal.
