PLAN B NAUSEA SOLUTIONS!!
Okay ladies, so I know there are a lot of us who have gotten ourselves into a "sticky situation" that resulted in having to sprint to the nearest pharmacy to pick up that Plan B! 🙄😬 Now while we can very much praise with hope that this morning-after pill is pulling that magic reverse✨, there are some side effects in the mean time that may be very.....VERY uncomfortable; one of the worse being nausea/vomiting. Luckily, I have some extremely helpful remedies that will kick nausea in the butt!! It's worked for me as well as my friends. The following are remedies that I could almost swear by to relieve nausea by almost a 99.9% guarantee, and while it may have worked for me and others I know, it may or may not work for you since we are all different and unique. But nonetheless, here it is:
1. (My most highly recommended...)
GINGER SUPER SHOTS! Ladies... when I tell you this ish WORKS?!! It WORKS!! I've never went from 0-100 so quick in terms of how good I felt! It worked almost instantly!! I will leave the recipe below so you can take part in this feeling of extreme relief from being nauseated. It's healthy (and intense) and it will take away all those horrible queazy feelings in your stomach as well as relieve vomiting.👍✨I take a shot first thing in the morning and minutes later I'm like- nausea who?!

2. Bananas, white rice, chicken broth, boiled potatoes, crackers, or plain bread are just few of the many food options we have to choose from when suffering from nausea. Speaking for me personally, I would always be afraid to eat whenever I would feel nauseated and then I would feel worse from not eating. I was scared it wouldn't stay down but that's because I wasn't aware of WHAT to eat. Greasy, fried and sweet foods are a BIG no-no for this and that was the mistake I made. Now, whenever I face nausea, I usually have a banana first thing in the morning because it hydrates and satisfies your hunger as well as soothes the stomach from any queasiness. For lunch I'd have some plain white rice but also boil it with chicken broth just to give it some flavor and it's not anything that would be too harsh on the stomach.
3. Peppermint, Ginger and/or chamomile tea:
Peppermint tea is great for an uneasy stomach as well as ginger tea and chamomile tea which is very calming and soothing for the stomach.
