ovulation question

okay, so today when I went to the bathroom at  work I wiped and it felt really slippery so I looked at the tolilet paper and it was this clear jelly like discharge, egg white cervical mucous I assume. Does this mean I'm ovulating now or I'm about to start ovulating? Glow says I don't ovulate until next Tuesday, but my cycles are irregular so I suppose it's possible. When should I BD? Thanks in advance ! ☺
