Pap Smear Today 😦

Im 16 weeks and 4 days, and i just had a pap smear today. I know the doctor always says spotting and slight pain afterwards is always normal, but after having one miscarriage 2 years ago, everything makes me uneasy. I wiped once after using the bathroom and there was like a copper brown color in my discharge, and the whole specimen looked like a big snot booger, plus some small pelvic pain. Anyone else experience anything similar?
