Sometimes people don't realize how they hurt people's feelings, even though it's totally not on purpose. I'm mixed just plain ol black and white.. my boyfriend's mom gets so mad at her other son dating white girls and it bothers me because I wouldn't be here, I wouldn't be who I am, I wouldn't have the same thoughts or feelings without my white mom and black dad...

Also

I have a very very eccentric (all black cousin) she's all about black power and "white people do this, white people do that" and it makes me feel so uncomfortable... sometimes I feel like they don't think about me.. and it hurts my feelings
