husband doesn't support me

So I am married with a 4 year old and another on the way.  We live with his mother and his brother. It's overwhelming because it's just me and I am always wrong and with no support. I usually am not respected as my daughters mother and decision maker, my husband sided with his mother most of the time and I'm tired.
