my period has me shook 😂😭

y'all..... i've been on birth control for three weeks, and i'm at the week that's just sugar pills... i got my period and it's heavy A F. after wearing a super absorbent pad for four hours i felt disgusting. i had zero cramps today... until just now. out of NOWHERE i got the worst cramps i've ever experienced. i feel like throwing up and screaming.... somebody hit me with a truck 😭😭😩
