I started to bleed, I'm scared 😓

Hi, I am 18 years old and I am sexually active with my boyfriend. I had my period a week or 2 ago and I just started to get that brown-reddish discharge when you are about to start your period. We always wear a condom. Rn I'm getting some weird cramps, am I getting my period again? I just noticed this 30 minutes ago and when I notticed it is when I got the cramps. I haven't had sex since yesterday and I dint thinks it's cuz of that. I need help cuz I am weired out that I am getting my period again. This has never happened to me before
