failed

I failed the one hour glucose test by not too much, I'm wondering is it because I didn't wait a whole hour to get my blood drawn after drinking the drink? I waited 40 mins. Now I have to take the 3 hour test an im so scared! Their telling me I gotta fast more then 12 hours, I feel like I will pass out if I have to fast! I'm calling my ob tomorrow and gonna see if I have other options, maybe redo the one hour again?
