Sore boobs!

I woke up this morning with swollen breasts and omg they hurt! I wore a nursing bra overnight. And then after nursing (only one side) i pumped way more than usual. Do you think maybe my bra was too tight? Or is it too tight because of how engorged i was? I can't return it i already threw out the tags. 😲😭😂
