needing encouragement

Ok so I'm 4 weeks 4 days pregnant. Was not trying due to the fact that my family and I have suffered two miscarriages with in 3 months... so we were going to get my tubes tied but here we are .. so we are happy but scared to death...I'm getting my HcG levels checked to make sure this pregnancy is moving forward  I've gone for three blood draws I am supposed to find out today.. if so they are going to schedule me an ultra sound to closely monitor baby.. I have 3 kids and 36 years old, I'm confused on how and why this keeps happening.. can someone talk to me if they have been through this or something similar? Could really use some words of encouragement I'm preparing for them to tell me the worst I just feel in my heart I'm not destined to have any more kids... feeling Hopeless😔
