Gallblader removed while pregnant?

My gallbladder has been giving me issues since after my second pregnancy now that I'm on my third pregnancy it's gotten to the point if I eat anything I'm getting an attack and leaving me in so much pain I can't even breath or move I just wanna curl in on myself and hope the pain goes away. I'm currently 27 weeks and wondering if anyone had to get their gallbladder removed while pregnant not really sure I can deal with this pain for another 13 weeks.

I had gallstones with my last pregnancy. They can remove it before the third trimester or at least our doctor could have. Unfortunately for me I was past that stage when they figured out where my pain was.  I had to wait until after the baby was born.

I'm still in the hospital my ultrasound showed multiple stones and my dr is going to run some more tests to see if a surgeon needs to be called in or not.

Girl I know how u feel I'm super stressed out with it making me terrified to eat anything .. telling my doctor how I feel tomorrow n if I can be induced once baby is full term at 37 weeks cos this is too much n I'll end up starving before then n not fair on my baby!! But NHS probably will say no to me :(

Have you tried only eating fruits and vegetables for a few days?
I have gallstones too, but when I do a "cleanse" for a week or so, my gallbladder attacks go away for a few weeks. 
My dr told me they only remove the gallbladder during pregnancy in extreme cases. But it can be done if nothing else helps.

I don't think you can have surgery while pregnant unless it's harming your baby. My mom had to get her gallbladder removed after she gave birth
