jalapeño peppers induce labor?

So I'm near the end and it's just going so slow! I have tried everything to induce labor naturally except for caster oil which I won't go near! Anyways I ate jalapeño peppers yesterday and tonight at dinner! Still nothing but just cramping! I never eat spicy food let alone eat peppers so having no effect not even heartburn really shocks me! I have tried everything 😌I know the baby will come when he wants to but I just want your input on this!  what is your methods and your stories?!
