Back at the gym again...
So I'm almost 38 weeks & having random contractions... We have a family YMCA membership, so as a family we decide 3 nights a week we go swim, workout, whatever (every Monday, Wed, Fri). Yes, I get stares, yes I look ridiculous being the ONLY pregnant girl in the fitness room with a BIG HUGE belly... But I'm hoping all this treadmill walking will encourage active labor.
I've tried everything else.... I'm just gonna keep walking, sex, and evening primrose oil.
Here's to hoping!
*Update: only about 10 minutes of walking and HOLY MOTHER, something is working.... Having some pretty good contractions in my lower abdomen. Then had to stop on the treadmill to go pee & I have loose bowels (sorry TMI). Hopefully this means something is happening tonight!!!!!!! 😊😊😊😊
