someone talk to me I'm going crazy😭

So on Friday January 6th I was told I have a super early miscarriage my hcg was only a 8 and then it went to a 2 two days later and I was only two days late for period when I got a faint positive on a pregnancy test the next day I started light bleeding like a period just wearing liners I had no clots or anything or cramping and it only lasted 5 days like my regular cycle is it possible I could of not of been pregnant and that was just my period?!  Because for the past 2 days I have had super sore nipples and nausea and that would put me 17 days past ovulation plz help me someone😭😭
