UPDATE: Can i return it ?

Question

I bought the Urbini travel stroller from walmart when i was at the end of my pregnancy. So now that my baby will be 5 MO since the first couple of times i used it I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!😤
The wheels always get stuck. When i want to turn sides i have to literally push instead of using the wheels. When I have to remove her car seat that comes witj stroller l always struggle putting it on and removing it. I HATE IT!!!! Never thought I'd be having this issue. I still have my receipt believe it or not. 
So do you think I'll be able to change it or get my money back?? 
Its still like new besides the wheels but other then that i still have everthing stored in her room some even with plastic(small items only) i DON'T have the box dough.

UPDATE!!!!

I called the urbini customer service I told them my issue they will be sending me an email with instructions saying I will have to take pictures destroying the stroller and car seat and they will refund me with a check mailed to my house. Thanks to everyone who helped

All of my bigger baby items so far, stroller included, have a piece of paper in the box that says to call the company directly if there are any issues rather than the store.

I returned a rocking chair by calling their customer service phone number. I told them i had bought the chair in November but it wasnt what i expected and the lady said ok and processed the refund back to my card without me even sending the chair in. I also didn't told her i didnt have the box and she said it was ok to put it into something else and thats what i did. They even had fedex pick it up. No hassles what so ever. Id give that a try.

Call the store to check but honestly I doubt they'll take it back based on the fact that it's been used more than just a couple times (they'll look at the wheels)and you don't have the box to go with it. I would try selling on Craigslist if you can't return it.

Honestly I don't think so it sounds like you've used it quite a bit, try selling it on OfferUp or to a baby resale shop

I would call the store and see if they can accept the return. I'm sorry hun the stroller didn't work out for you that sucks. Having a stroller is like a car for babies , it must be perfect we depend on it.

So I have the same stroller as you and once we took it out to use it we hated it! It was the same thing, wheels locked constantly.

Return it but don't take the receipt cuz they will say tough luck it's been over 30 days. Say someone bought it for you as a gift a week or so ago and you never got one from them they will put the money on a Walmart gift card

if it looks brand new i would take it and tell them you got it as a gift.

Usually the rule is unopened and unused but it never hurts to ask. If the store says no, try the manufacturer and let them know how awful it is.
