Once a year super period?! Or am I just crazy

So every year at the beginning of the year usually my first period of the year is abnormally strong 😂 the cramps, the blood, the chunks everything! Tmi but the blood flow is so heavy I can literally sit on the toilet & there would be a steady drip & it's like that the first 2 day then it dies down & my period ends....does anyone else experience this? 😂 I hope I'm not the only one
